Mark Little has served the insurance industry for over twenty years. During this time, he has provided various benefits to his clients including individual and group insurance products.
The majority of his insurance career has been working with employers in providing voluntary supplemental benefits to their employees. During this time, he was a top manager for one of the largest supplemental carriers in the marketplace. After almost ten years with the carrier, he realized that their benefit portfolio was no longer the best in the market place. Wanting to be able to offer the best products, and with his desire to offer unique solutions for his clients, he started his own agency.
While president of his agency, Mark, and his agents, sold multi-line products, including voluntary benefits, disability, health, life, and dental products. As his agency grew, the agency worked with over fifty carriers to ensure he was able to provide the best “fit” for the client situation. As a result, the agency ensured customer satisfaction and set the cornerstone for surpassing expectations.
In keeping with Mark’s desire to offer unique solutions to customer needs, teaming up with Benefits Technologies, Inc. was a logical result. By working with Benefits Technologies, Inc., clients are able to have access to a company that allows employers to provide superior communication to employees about benefits, while saving time and effort for both the human resources and payroll departments.
