Voluntary Worksite Benefits
Voluntary Worksite products, paired with the right insurance carrier and enrollment firm, allows employers to strengthen their employee benefit programs at little or no cost to them. With more and more employers offering voluntary benefits, employees gain access to enhanced coverages that otherwise might not be available to them. Disability
Voluntary disability insurance provides additional income for employees who are unable to work due to a covered illness or injury. These plans generally provide a portion of an employee's paycheck for a specified period of time to help them pay their bills while disabled from earning income.

Accident
Voluntary accident insurance provides additional income for employees and their families should they get injured as the result of an accident. This product may cover deductibles and copays that may not be covered through your traditional medical insurance by offering benefits for expenses such as emergency room treatment and physical therapy.

Critical Illness
Critical illness insurance helps employees and their families to alleviate some of the financial burden when diagnosed with a major illness such as cancer, heart attack, or stroke. Plans pay full or partial benefits upon diagnosis and may include a wellness benefit to pay for annual screening exams for early detection.

Life insurance ensures financial security for employees and their families. Along with the traditional life insurance benefits, many term and permanent life policies also include living benefits.

Limited Medical Plan
Limited medical plans offer affordable medical coverage to employees who may not be eligible for traditional health insurance. Policies provide benefits for medical expenses such as prescription drugs and doctor visits.
