Tina Yarish | Regional Sales Director

Tina founded and directed strategic initiatives for Benefit Solutions & Consulting Services, a full-service voluntary benefits firm which merged with Benefits Technologies in late 2011. Her extensive background of 23 years as an employee benefits professional coupled with her experience in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, coal and surface mining, transportation, auto dealerships, municipalities and unions, supports her understanding of how to deliver the best voluntary benefit solution to address a client’s unique challenges and benefit objectives.

Prior to founding Benefit Solutions & Consulting Services in 2000, Mrs. Yarish held a key sales management position as Regional Sales Director for GE Financial Assurance, where she was accountable for the marketing of worksite products through key broker and direct client relationships. She began her insurance career as a sales representative for a health
insurance carrier where she marketed Managed Care Plans, HMO's, PPO's and Third Party Administration. She later shifted her core competencies focus to supplemental benefits as an account executive for voluntary benefits.

Mrs. Yarish attended Ohio University for Business Management/Marketing, and studied at the University of Dayton towards a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation. She currently holds a resident license in Ohio in Accident, Health, Life and Annuities, as well as a non-resident license in various other states.

Brittnee Luke | Account Executive, Enrollment Services

As an Account Executive of Enrollment Services, Ms. Luke plays an integral role in delivering service excellence from the initial enrollment to the on-going administration for her clients. Her focus on educating employees on the features and the value of their voluntary benefit offerings ensures that employees make informed benefit decisions, which results in a greater appreciation of their benefit package.

Ms. Luke began in 2008 as an intern with the objective of gaining experience in the employee benefits industry. During her initial two years, she increased her competencies and experience in the area of voluntary benefits through her hands-on involvement and supervision of enrollment projects at the client site and her involvement in client service and support for both the HR client and the employee. In 2010, Ms. Luke joined the team as an Account Executive managing enrollments services for the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Luke supported her college education working for a local golf club.

Ms. Luke is a graduate from Columbus State Community College with a degree in Digital Design and Graphics. She holds a resident license in Ohio in Accident, Health, Life and Annuities, as well as a non-resident license in various other states.

Tracy Cunningham | Administrative Assistant

A key team member since 2005, Ms. Cunningham sets the benchmarks for overall client satisfaction and service quality. Her background of six years of customer service and human resources prior to joining the firm provides Ms. Cunningham with a comprehensive understanding of the delivery of service excellence to our clients. Ms. Cunningham oversees administrative services, as well as providing support for enrollments. She is a graduate of Columbus State Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Management Technology, and she holds a resident license in Ohio in Accident, Health, Life and Annuities, as well as a non-resident license in various other states.
