Regional Sales Executive
Benefits Technologies, LLC, one of the largest and fastest growing Benefits Solutions Specialists in the country, is seeking to fill a Senior Level Sales Position in the Kansas City Area. Candidate must have existing relationships with Decision-Makers in Kansas City employer groups of 500+ employees that can be leveraged for appointments. Strong base salary plus bonus.
An ideal candidate must possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, with MBA a plus.
- 8-10 years of results-driven sales experience with sales quota information that can be validated through positive professional references.
- Ability to self-motivate; work independently.
- Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations and business proposals.
- Ability to assist in the development and execution of marketing programs.
- Enthusiasm and a strong sense of urgency and teamwork.
- Motivation, creativity, flexibility, accountability and a “go getter” attitude.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to network within the business community.
Essential Job Functions:
- Generate and qualify leads for new business by growing new accounts.
- Develop strategic business relationships with key decision makers.
- Deliver in-person presentations that display advanced verbal, listening, questioning and critical reasoning skills to client executives for the purpose of positively differentiating BT from its competition. Closing, negotiations, and implementation.
The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Life, Accident and Health Insurance Producer License through the Kansas and Missouri Insurance Licensing Departments.
